I made it through another day! Today was a little better than yesterday. I was still tired but not stupid tired. I was more hungry tonight for dinner, too. I think that means I’ve been portioning out my meals a little better. I’m still struggling with making the kids lunches. I have to be really aware of what I’m doing so I don’t accidentally eat something I shouldn’t!
I had my usual turkey and apples and banana for breakfast. For lunch I had leftover chorizo and blueberries and for dinner my mama cooked me a pork tenderloin and roasted cauliflower.
Tomorrow is Friday and there is a hot dog dinner at church. I’m already trying to figure out what I’m gonna do. I think I’ll either eat before I go or take something with me to eat. Either way, it’ll test my willpower! Oh and they are ordering lunch from Moe’s for us at work. I think I’ll take my lunch and eat it in the car. These are the things that make sticking to a strict diet hard. Only 25 more days!
